Beginning in 2007 as an experiment at Eumundi Markets, Potato Slinky has boomed into one of Queenslands must have festival foods. We currently run 3 trailers serviceing events and markets on the sunshine Coast and beyond

Our slinkys are famous throughout SE QLD. Beautifully crafted from premium potatos they are hand cut and prepared fresh to order every time. Simple is best so we offer 3 flavour choices *Plain salt (GF) *Chicken salt (most popular) *Salt and vinegar (GF) Our batter is Gluten free and has no eggs, dairy, nuts or nasties.
